London Event
Photography
London, UK & International
With over a decade of experience as an event and party photographer in London, I’ve had the privilege of capturing a wide variety of events.
Photographs that make your event unforgettable
I create relaxed, genuine images that capture the true essence of your event without forced poses or staging. Be it a celebration or something more formal like conference photography in London, my approach stays the same. I quietly document moments as they unfold. My strength lies in telling the real story of any event you’re hosting.
Whether I’m providing teams of photographers for large international events or capturing branding portraits for a sole trader, I bring the same level of care and attention to every shoot. As a corporate event photographer in London, my goal is to make you look utterly fabulous, ensuring high-quality images that truly represent you or your brand.

The essence of your event
I create natural, candid images that take you right back into the moment - perfect if you have a story to tell but are camera shy or feel awkward about being the centre of attention.
I focus on the subtle side of things; quiet interactions, slight shifts in energy, fleeting moments that might pass quickly, but carry real meaning when you or your clients reflect on them later.
Exhibition Photography
London is a fantastic destination for exhibitions. Whether we're providing teams of photographers for large international shows, or a single photographer for a smaller affair, we take the same care to make it look like the place to be.
Our clients include some of the biggest shows in the UK, including Spring Fair, Autumn Fair, Glee, CVENT Connect Europe, Big Data London, TCT360 and New Scientist Live.
The biggest brands
Over the years, I’ve worked with a range of well-known brands across all kinds of events. Each setup calls for its own energy, but my approach stays consistent: I keep things low-key, staying tuned in to what’s happening and capturing it naturally as it unfolds.
“LOVE LOVE LOVE them!”

Events in London rarely follow a script—some unfold slowly, others start at full pace. After years of shooting across the city, I’ve learned to read the room, find the light, and anticipate moments before they happen.
I don’t direct or interfere. I stay observant and ready, capturing events as they truly feel—not staged or forced. Often, the most meaningful moments happen just outside the spotlight: a glance, a reaction, a quiet exchange.
My approach stays consistent—moving with the energy of the event and letting everything unfold naturally.
The Bits People Usually Ask About
-
I have photographed most kinds of event at some point: Corporate conferences, awards ceremonies, exhibitions and parties, sporting events, concerts, activations and networking sessions. My aim is always to capture the energy and moments that make your event look fabulous.
-
Mostly candid. That is where everything feels natural, people talking, reacting, not really thinking about the camera.
If you need group shots or something more structured, I’ll organise it quickly. I step back and let things carry on just after the directed shots.
-
For more intimate events, it’s usually just me. When the event is bigger or happening across multiple rooms, I bring in a team of reliable London event photographers to make sure everything is captured.
-
It varies from event to event and can be flexible to your needs.
Some events take only a few hours, some run for hours, so it usually depends on what your timings are. Prices include photographic coverage, standard post production, 24 months password protected online hosting, and full digital delivery.
Additional photographers are available upon request.
-
Yes, I bring backup for everything: cameras, lenses, batteries, and memory cards to every event. I’m also covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance, in case your venue people ask.
-
Most of it comes down to knowing what’s happening and when, key moments, timings, that sort of thing, it never hurts to have a chat before the event so I can get a strong idea of what your requirements are, and exactly what is going to happen on the day.
I stay in sync with planners, AV, and videographers; we’re all working towards the same thing, so it tends to fall into place without needing much fuss.
-
Most of the event images I shoot are for marketing purposes, website illustration, social media and internal reporting.
-
Yes. I am always flexible, as events do not always stick to the schedule. If additional coverage is needed, it can be arranged on the day.
-
Yes! A large part of my work involves corporate events and conference photography in London: The keynotes, panel sessions, audience reactions, and branded setups are all part of it.
-
Yes. I regularly work on Conference photography in London, covering keynote speakers, panel discussions, audience engagement, and branded environments for businesses and organisations.
-
Absolutely. Full galleries are available on request so you can see complete event coverage from start to finish, not just highlight images.
